movie making on a movie maker (tongue twister)

Making a movie on a moviemaker? (say eh?) yeah! It is our lesson in ICT-IV- movie making using the moviemaker… quite confusing right?

But any way, I am really fond on stuffs about computers and this includes the Microsoft Moviemaker. Its an exciting application which enables geeks and computer lovers to create a short audio/video clip of their own.

Now I remember the first time I tried this stuff and it really blown off my patience. But as they say, patience is a virtue and it was! With my patience, I learned the about the stuff and it was fun creating a mini-show for the whole class. All the audio and photo importations… the story board allows you to feel like being one of those directors of movies.

Well… that’s all. Try experimenting on the moviemaker too and you’ll get what I mean.

what I say about.....

Prelude:
[Attention Seniors! This stuff concerns us all, so better read this one!]

We only have a month and a half time before we “end and start” another chapter of our lives. What I am talking about is our incoming commencement exercises…

Commencement… when you hear this word, what comes in your mind? Are you thinking about endings? “Last stuffs?” Closures? Or maybe, the word “omega” comes in your mind… but actually, you’re goofed… the word means the other way around…. Not because it’s a graduation ceremony (others think that graduation and commencement exercises are the same) it would then mean an end…. Commencement means “beginning” or tie in the Greek letter “alpha” to make it clearer.

“Ending and beginning.” This is how I relate commencement exercises and graduation to myself (but of course they literally mean those words).

Ending. This is the time when we will end our stay in the our second home but not permanently leaving it. This is also the moment when we will temporarily leave our worries behind… those projects… home works and other requirements. As we meet this pace in our high school life, we’ll come to harvest our sacrifices and efforts (that’s a thing to rejoice for, batchmates).

Graduation also means “beginning”. Because we will be leaving this second home which brought different experiences to us, we will soon be building up another bricks of experiences on the next level… we will soon enter the college life (which means, a “more serious” us).

This is what I think about graduation. It’s nearing so we need to cherish each moments we have with our friends, including those persons who once brought us down… we need to count everyone as part of our high school life… as part of our experiences.

the evening razzle dazzle (the longest blog ever)

The gymnasium of our school seemed to turn into a palace of princess and princesses as it was filled with hearts and cupid figures (including the four columns), gowns and coats of the peers added glimmer in the place… the special day caused a sudden pause in the moment for all Seniors and Juniors, for it was our Juniors-Seniors’ Promenade!

The crowd started to walk along the center of the “heart-shaped portals of love” that afternoon of February 13 (never mind if it was a 13th day of Friday). The promenade walk was that exciting for me because of my partner. She was in her simple ‘abel’ dress-yes, simple yet elegantly looking. Basically, she was the first person I danced with.

As I turned my head left and right that dazzling afternoon, “you” immediately caught my eyes. Though I was partly deceived with the glaring colors of the gowns and ball dresses of an almost a hundred lasses, your chastity seemed to outcast them.

(Back to the real story) I was left speechless

after seeing the damsels turn into real ladies. Each of them ought to be treated as true princesses. But on the other side of it, I almost laughed to myself when I saw my ‘totoy’ pals (including me!) turn into gentlemen (at least for the night! Hahaha!).

One of the highlights of that evening was the cotillion. I was quite trembling (yet excited) about my partner for the dance. I danced with one of the “roses” of our school. She was just magnificent… elegant and charming.

After that “not so satisfying” presentation, my night seemed to be a disaster after hearing that I would replace someone (that

skunk! Haha! Just kidding!) for a some sort of “wit and Charm” contest (say what?!)- the Search for Mr. and Ms. JS to make it clear. I never dreamed of myself joining in a competition like that stuff… not even in my imagination. But, well there it goes… the experience was fair and I enjoyed it.

In five… four… three... two… and pooooof!!! Lights were turned off but the disco lights came to dance with the place-time to take a hand, bow then dance. Add to it the mellow and sweet which made the night romantic. I asked all the ladies of our group for a dance… but definitely, the first and the last dance count.

(Pease read the following words slowly) Dance… dance… I wrapped my hands around her waist and we danced together… (okay, enough).

I almost did not notice the hours that night, but the hell with it, the whole thing was cut out!

That spectacular evening ended with smiles painted on our lips as we count it one of the most treasured moments we had in our high school life.

(Lights Off!)

What a mind boggling our 3rd periodical in ICT-IV was! got a little bit wired up with our test.
because i've missed a lot of lessons, i did not expect the examination to turn out that hard.

the examnination was composed of two parts: the multiple choice part and the html sort of things.... writing the appropriate html codes. i lose my patience writing down the htm code because my mind went block out.

i felt my whole world to crunch down because it was really damn hard. But the fault was to be blamed on my part for i haven't read my notes and reviewed.

Holiday Free Day (Reminiscing Christmas 08's memories)

"Ding...dong" Yes, definitely, the clamor of Sta. Barbara (in Pangasinan) church's bells is still ringing in my head for it was my first time to see and be amazed with the church's alluring beauty and most importantly, I was in the middle of the Christmas Season in a very different place which made my Christmas vacation "different".

Joining the RSPC was somehow crucial for me because our Christmas Program was really fast approaching that time (add to it the "P"). As part of my Christmas vacation, attending the "Simbang Gabi" in a different place or should I say church is a very memorable thing. I was kind of amazed with the place and the scene.

Fast forward the clock; it was December 19 when we had our Christmas Party (the IV-Maxconis). i enjoyed the party because of those "unexpected" things that happened that time but maybe, I should've enjoyed it if...... (Never mind, I don't need to explain it here). We did crazy stuffs during the party like playing the "spot the pin" thingy and it was really G.R.E.A.T! It was soooooo crazy!

And of course, I won’t forget the time when we gave our gifts to our classmates and pals. That time, there was a sudden rush in my emotions because of the fact that it would be our last Christmas program ever (with my classmates and friends). I felt somehow sad for that but I cheered my self up for it was our Christmas Party, our last party so I need to enjoy the time being with my classmates... my friends.... (my enemies?! PEACE be with you!) and of course.... my special someone. (-^_^-)

That time, I realized how thankful I should be because of the graces and blessings GOD has given me.... Add to it was the very special gift that someone had given me, a mysterious person because the name was not in the card. I am just thankful who ever you are!

During Christmas and the rest of the Holiday, I celebrated the joys of it with my family.

For everything that we are receiving, we should never forget to share and be thankful about it. It's just wonderful for me to remember and treasure the memories of my Christmas "twenty-oh-eight."
